I really like the feel of this rotary cutter. I have RA, and it's especially bad in my right hand. I was constantly losing it on long cuts with the straight and ergonomic rotary I had, and because of the tension while cutting and not slipping or skewing the cut, I was only able to cut for short periods. After getting 'My Comfort' rotary cutter, I started cutting out a table runner...I didn't think I'd get far, but low and behold, I was still cutting 3-1/2 hours later! With no stress in my hand. If you have any type of arthritis or possible weakness in your hands or wrists, I'd give this a shot! Well worth the money!
