You might be wondering why we're using a ruby red color scheme instead of our signature blue. 40th anniversaries are often associated with the ruby gemstone, which inspired us to create a custom emblem to commemorate this special occasion.
How We Got Here
A look back on Grace Company's origins and our history of innovation.
1985: Developed the First GraceFrame™
Grace Bagley commented to her son Jim that she felt there was a need for a better quilting frame. Jim designed the first GraceFrame™ and began manufacturing them in his father-in-law’s garage.
2008: Launched QuiltMotion Automation & First TrueCut® Cutter/Ruler
This was a big year for Grace Company. 2008 marked the launch of QuiltMotion, our quilting automation software, and also TrueCut, our unique brand of fabric cutting tools.
2014: Released First Quilting Machine
In a serious step forward, Grace Company began offering complete quilting systems by creating our own line of quilting machines. The first of this line was a midarm machine with a 14” throat, the Q’nique 14+.
2023: Launched the Little Rebel & Cutie Breeze & Moved Headquarters
The Little Rebel is a first-of-its-kind machine that makes it easy to piece projects and quickly change from sewing to quilting. In the same year, we also launched the Cutie Breeze Tabletop Frame and moved into our headquarters here in West Jordan, UT.
2025: Introduced QuiltMotion X: Foundations for Domestic Machines
In Fall 2025, Grace Company unveiled our first automation software designed specifically for domestic machines. This put the power of automated quilting into the hands of more people than ever before.
