From the moment I opened the box I was amazed at the thought that went into this product from the Grace Company. The parts were labeled and separated in boxes with titled for the Step by Step process of setting up the machine. The tutorial on Etchetogether.com was so awesome and took me step by step through the process, making it so easy to complete by myself. After an hour or so of practicing on a practice panel, I put my first small project on the machine and the stitching was perfect. I had never stippled anything with such ease. I absolutely love my Q'nique 19X Elite and so thankful that I finally treated myself to such an awesome product.
This is my first longarm machine and I love it!! I was able to also purchase the Continuum II frame. The two work together seamlessly! Grace is a company that cares about their customers! I am thankful to be part of the Grace family!
