The pieces that screw together do not hold. I've had this problem since I first purchased and Grace ignores my complaints.

I was so excited to get the ruler base, but didn’t have the opportunity to attach it to my machine for close to a year due to some health issues right after I received it. I never throw away a box, and for some reason when I finally had a chance to get back to my quilting the box had disappeared. It never fit my machine properly, and messed up my tensions badly. I took it off the machine because I knew I couldn’t return it and that it was a waste of $169.00. I read someplace that others had the same issue. I hate to write a bad review, but it really soured me to trying ruler quilting. I had also spent a lot of money on the hopping foot modification parts and rulers. My machine is a Q’Nique 21, and seems to be an older model. Sorry for a poor review, but I am terribly frustrated.

It is super easy to put on and take off, being able to use rulers on my machine is amazing, it came two days earlier than it said, it’s a bit pricey but worth it. All in all I am VERY pleased with my purchase and experience.
