Verbiage

Use of the phrase “Best Offer” in writing, such as ‘ (price) or best offer” or “submit best offer” conflicts with the resellers policy. Suggesting in writing that better offers are being accepted compromises the minimum advertise price and is therefor a violation.

Any Dealers found using this verbiage will be in violation of the Grace Company MAP pricing policies and are subject to penalties that will impact their wholesale pricing and Grace dealership agreements.

Advertising slightly below MAP, that is still a violation and cannot be allowed. If the listing is in an online auction, it is subject to manufacturer cancellation of the auction without notice.

After warning has been given, if the practice persists, your dealership will be revoked. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

ALSO NOTE: MAP prices need to be honored even when combining a MAP Grace Product with another brand (Example: When combos are sold that involve multiple products with MAP pricing,the total price cannot be lower than the combined MAP prices).
