The Most Affordable Way to Start Longarm Quilting

The Most Affordable Way to Start Longarm Quilting

Let’s face it, longarm quilting has a pretty high barrier to entry. Longarm machines can cost thousands of dollars, and then you have to buy a quilting frame on top of that. All-in, buying your own quilting setup can easily cost more than $20,000.

At Grace Company, we believe that everyone should be able to experience the joy of quilting, regardless of their financial situation. That’s why we made the Cutie Frame.

The Cutie Frame works with most sewing machines, so you can experience longarm quilting without spending thousands on an actual longarm quilting machine.

Does My Machine Work with the Cutie?

  1. Check the size of your machine.
If your machine fits the following dimensions, it will fit on the Cutie Frame’s carriage.
  • Height: Up to 16”
  • Width: Up to 11”
  • Bed Height: 1.5” – 4.5”
  • Throat Length: 8.5” – 19”
  1. Can your machine’s feed dogs be disengaged?
If your machine’s feed dogs can be disengaged, it can be used for quilting on the Cutie Frame.
  2. Does your machine have a foot pedal?
If so, it can be used with the Cutie Frame.

Make Quilts of Any Size with Zone-to-Zone Quilting

The Cutie is a hoop-style frame, so you quilt one zone at a time. The width of the frame doesn’t determine how wide your quilt can be; you can quilt anything from baby quilts to king-size quilts on the Cutie. The Cutie Tabletop Fabric Frame with a Domestic Sewing Machine

Make Quilts in the Smallest Spaces

The Cutie is a tabletop frame. It can fit on most tables, and in most rooms. If the limited space in your home has been keeping you from diving into the world of longarm quilting, the Cutie Frame is your solution.

The frame is also designed to fold down for compact storage, so it doesn’t need to be in the way when it’s not in use. You can easily tuck the Cutie in a closet to enjoy clutter-free countertops in your space.

Finish Your Quilts for a Fraction of the Price

If you already have a compatible domestic sewing machine, you can start finishing your own quilts for only $599. Hiring a professional longarm quilter may eliminate the need to drop tens of thousands on your quilting setup, but for the price it would take to have a single quilt finished, you can dip your toes in and see if you want to invest in this hobby. Who knows, maybe you’ll be the professional longarmer one day.
